Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a 75% discount off the rack rate which made up for the faults in the rooms such as the TV and iPod docking station not working properly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, although just okay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, which outweighed any inconveniences. The stunning location with a friendly welcome and nearby nice restaurants made the stay enjoyable.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were lovely with a comfortable bed and a well-sized bathroom. The service was courteous and very helpful, though at times, the staff seemed preoccupied among themselves. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The dining experience, albeit high quality, was a bit of a letdown in terms of speed and temperature of the food. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
I was truly impressed by this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious for London standards, and I have to say, it featured what I consider the best hotel washroom in all of Europe. The service was impeccable, with lovely and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist throughout my stay. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the London bank underground, and although I didn't have breakfast, the dining options seemed top-notch. On the downside, there was some inconsistency with one staff member. Overall, I'm definitely planning to come back soon.
